You need to use your phone's native wap browser.
Go to wap site that list the mobile java applications, click the application you want to install.
After the JAD file being transferred and the AMD ( Application Management Software) starts to process it.
The phone will prompts you to confirm some choices eg :where to save the file ( memory card or phone), etc.
